Swedish Massage

It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. Amma massage
Amma massage is rooted in ancient Eastern medicinal techniques. In Chinese, am-ma means "push-pull".
The goal of Amma massage is to balance the flow of energy in the client's body, promoting a feeling of general good health and also addressing specific medical conditions which may be troubling the client. This modality combines deep tissue manipulation with the application of pressure, friction, and touch to specific accupressure points. Done with loose fitting clothes on.
